Scope
These terms cover the hire of our photo booth from Baddiebooth, including delivery, setup and collection.
How a booking is made
A request through our website is not yet a booking. The contract is made once we confirm your date by email.
Cancellation by you
You can cancel a confirmed booking at any time, either through the link in your confirmation email or by writing to us. Depending on how close to the date this happens, a fee applies:
- 2 days or more before the event: free of charge
- less than 2 days before the event: 50% of the package price
What counts is the day your cancellation reaches us, in calendar days before the day of the event.
You are free to show that we suffered no loss, or a smaller one than the fee.
Cancellation by us
If we ever have to cancel a confirmed booking, we will tell you as early as we can. It costs you nothing, and anything already paid is refunded in full.
No right of withdrawal
We provide our service on a specific agreed date in the leisure sector, which carries no statutory right of withdrawal under German law (§ 312g (2) no. 9 BGB). The cancellation terms above apply instead.
